PRICES

High season = € 840,- / € 1 540,- per week ( minimum 1 week )
Low season = € 630,- / € 980,- per week ( minimum 4 days )

High season is the last week in June through the first week of September
Rentals are in the "high season" from Saturday to Saturday 

Low season is the rest of the year.
Rentals are in the "low season" according to the agreement

Our prices include bed linen, towels which are changed every week, electricity, standard cleaning-please note that we expect the gites to be left as found-extra cleaning if required will be charged at a rate of € 65,- per gîte. Firewood ( if requested ) is an extra which will be charged at € 60,-- / m³.

Payment via wire transfer not accepted !

Date of Arrival : between 16:00 and 18.00 hours ( later by arrangement ).
Date of Departure : no later than 10:00 am.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

• 50% of total cost is due on booking.
• Balance is due 8 weeks before arrival
• Security deposit Euros 350,-, payable either by bank transfer or cash on arrival Reservations made within 8 weeks of arrival date are due in full at time of booking. Payment should be by bank transfer to our bank account , details available on request. Once we have received your booking and deposit, we will send you a confirmation of your reservation as well as receipt.

Cancellation by client – this should be made in writing to the owners
Cancellation fees – we charge an administration fee of 15% of the total rental amount if we receive your cancelation at least 60 days before the rental date. Cancelations that are effected less than 60 days before rental date mean that you could loose the balance of your total rental payment unless we can re-rent the gite(s) for the period you reserved at the full rental price.

Cancellation by owners :
should the owners be obliged to cancel the client’s booking all payments received to date will be refunded in full. This is the limit of the owner’s liability.

We strongly advise that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

For each Gîte we require a security deposit of € 350,-- euros-either payable in cash on arrival or by bank transfer prior to rental, this deposit will be fully reimbursed if not needed to pay for any damages or losses incurred during your stay. The renter is liable for paying for any damages or losses which exceed the security deposit.
Please note that you should take out the appropriate liability, travel, health and holiday cancelation insurance.
